Bring family and friends together for a baby shower with all of TwentyTwo to yourselves. Exclusive whole-venue hire is available any day of the week and has capacity for up to 150 guests standing. The booking includes four different spaces: the main bar, front lounge, green panelled lounge and covered garden. A long marble-top bar and street-art mural define the main bar; in the front lounge, mirrors sit above velvet banquettes. The green panelled lounge offers another interior setting, and the covered garden is lit with festoon lights. Because the booking is for the whole venue, guests can gather across all four spaces without a separate room fee. The fee is flat and there is no minimum spend.

Morning hire can suit a baby shower and runs from 7am to 12pm (midday). Morning prices are £150 Monday to Thursday, £175 Friday, £200 Saturday and £175 Sunday, including December. Daytime hire is 12pm to 5pm and costs £200 Monday to Thursday, £250 Friday, £300 Saturday and £250 Sunday. Evening hire runs from 6pm to midnight and costs £350 Monday to Thursday, £550 Friday, £650 Saturday and £400 Sunday. For December evenings, the rates are £500 Monday to Thursday, £850 Friday, £950 Saturday and £550 Sunday. December daytime uses the usual daytime prices. Each price is for exclusive whole-venue hire.

The full flat hire fee is paid upfront to confirm your booking; there is no separate deposit. All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid. TwentyTwo does not serve food, so if you are planning brunch or refreshments, arrange an external caterer yourself. Drinks can be planned by the hirer, or you can ask the bar to create a drinks menu for your approval. Bar staff cost £20 per member per hour, with a four-hour minimum. If you bring your own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance. A DJ is £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December, for any slot. A later finish is £75 per hour, available for evening hire only and subject to the premises licence.

Morning hire can suit brunch parties or breakfast meetings. No food is provided at TwentyTwo, including for brunch, so coordinate catering independently.
