Private venue hire

    All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid.

    Whole-venue hire

    TwentyTwo offers exclusive whole-venue hire for a selected date and morning, daytime or evening slot. The flat hire fee is paid in full upfront to confirm a booking. There is no separate deposit. All four venue spaces are included and there is no minimum spend.

    Event arrangements

    Hirers arrange external catering; TwentyTwo does not serve food. The hirer can create a drinks menu, or ask the bar to create one for the hirer’s approval. If the hirer brings their own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance.

    Optional extras

    Bar staff, DJ and late-finish charges are additional to the venue fee. Later finishes are subject to the premises licence.
