Flat whole-venue hire prices, paid in full upfront to confirm your booking. No separate deposit and no minimum spend.

Morning and daytime prices are unchanged in December. Morning is 7am–12pm (midday), daytime is 12pm–5pm and evening is 6pm–midnight. Later finishes are evening-only and subject to the premises licence.

Drinks
The hirer can create a drinks menu, or ask the bar to create one for the hirer’s approval. If the hirer brings their own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance.
Catering
Hirers arrange external catering. TwentyTwo serves no food.
