A birthday at TwentyTwo means having the whole venue to yourselves, any day of the week. Exclusive hire has capacity for up to 150 guests standing, and the flat fee includes all four spaces: the main bar, front lounge, green panelled lounge and covered garden. Your guests can gather in one room or move between the distinct areas as the occasion unfolds. The main bar is defined by its long marble-top bar and street-art mural; mirrors and velvet banquettes give the front lounge a different feel. There is also a green panelled lounge and a covered garden with festoon lights. All spaces are part of the same whole-venue booking, so there is no need to choose one room or add a separate space fee. There is no minimum spend.

Pick a slot that fits your celebration. Morning hire is 7am to 12pm (midday), priced at £150 Monday to Thursday, £175 Friday, £200 Saturday and £175 Sunday. Those morning prices remain the same in December. Daytime hire is 12pm to 5pm, at £200 Monday to Thursday, £250 Friday, £300 Saturday and £250 Sunday. Evening hire is 6pm to midnight, with usual rates of £350 Monday to Thursday, £550 Friday, £650 Saturday and £400 Sunday. December evening hire is £500 Monday to Thursday, £850 Friday, £950 Saturday and £550 Sunday; daytime prices in December remain the normal daytime rates. Every rate is for exclusive hire of the whole venue.

The hire fee is a flat fee paid in full upfront to confirm. There is no separate deposit. All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid. For drinks, you can create the menu yourself or ask the bar to create one for your approval. TwentyTwo does not serve food, so arrange your own caterer if food is part of the birthday plans. Bar staff cost £20 per member per hour, with a four-hour minimum. If you bring your own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance. A DJ can be booked for £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December, whichever slot you choose. A later finish costs £75 per hour, is available for evening bookings only and is subject to the premises licence.

The morning slot can work for a brunch party or breakfast meeting. No food is provided, including for brunch, so make arrangements directly with an external caterer. City Rooms by Hiive, a boutique hotel, is right next door and may be useful for birthday guests who would like to stay close to the venue.
