Exclusive whole-venue hire is available any day of the week, with capacity for up to 150 guests standing. The booking includes all four spaces: the main bar, front lounge, green panelled lounge and covered garden. That gives your group a choice of distinct settings within one private venue, rather than a shared room in a public bar. In the main bar, a long marble-top bar sits beside a street-art mural. The front lounge has mirrors and velvet banquettes; the green panelled lounge offers a different backdrop, and the covered garden is lit with festoon lights. The whole venue is included whatever slot you choose, with no minimum spend.

Choose a morning, daytime or evening booking to suit the shape of your gathering. Morning hire runs from 7am to 12pm (midday) and costs £150 Monday to Thursday, £175 Friday, £200 Saturday or £175 Sunday; these morning prices are unchanged in December. Daytime hire runs from 12pm to 5pm and costs £200 Monday to Thursday, £250 Friday, £300 Saturday or £250 Sunday. Evening hire runs from 6pm to midnight. The usual evening rates are £350 Monday to Thursday, £550 Friday, £650 Saturday and £400 Sunday. December evening rates are £500 Monday to Thursday, £850 Friday, £950 Saturday and £550 Sunday; December daytime uses the normal daytime prices.

The flat hire fee is paid in full upfront to confirm the booking, and there is no separate deposit or minimum spend. All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid. You can create a drinks menu as hirer, or ask the bar to create one for your approval. TwentyTwo serves no food, so arrange your own external caterer if you would like food at the party. Bar staff are available at £20 per member per hour, with a four-hour minimum. If you bring your own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance. A DJ is £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December, for any slot. A later finish is £75 per hour, evening-only and subject to the premises licence.

Morning hire can suit a breakfast meeting or brunch party. Food is not supplied for morning bookings either, so caterers remain the hirer's responsibility.
