Bring colleagues, clients or guests together in an exclusive private setting at TwentyTwo. The whole venue is available any day of the week, with capacity for up to 150 guests standing. Your booking includes the main bar, front lounge, green panelled lounge and covered garden. The main bar pairs a long marble-top bar with a street-art mural; the front lounge has mirrors and velvet banquettes. The separate green panelled lounge and festoon-lit covered garden complete the four spaces. All of them are part of the same whole-venue hire, and there is no minimum spend. A morning booking may suit a breakfast meeting, while daytime or evening slots offer other timings for a gathering, launch or company occasion.
Morning hire is 7am to 12pm (midday), at £150 Monday to Thursday, £175 Friday, £200 Saturday and £175 Sunday; morning prices are unchanged in December. Daytime hire runs from 12pm to 5pm and costs £200 Monday to Thursday, £250 Friday, £300 Saturday and £250 Sunday. Evening hire runs from 6pm to midnight. Usual evening prices are £350 Monday to Thursday, £550 Friday, £650 Saturday and £400 Sunday. December evening hire is £500 Monday to Thursday, £850 Friday, £950 Saturday and £550 Sunday, while December daytime uses normal daytime prices. These are flat whole-venue hire fees for the selected slot.
The full flat fee is paid upfront to confirm a booking, with no separate deposit. All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid. TwentyTwo does not serve food. If food is wanted for a meeting or event, the hirer arranges an external caterer; morning hire does not include breakfast. Drinks can be planned by the hirer, or the bar can prepare a drinks menu for the hirer's approval. Bar staff cost £20 per member per hour and have a four-hour minimum. If the hirer brings their own staff, TwentyTwo provides no bar service or assistance. A DJ costs £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December, for any slot. A later finish costs £75 per hour and is evening-only, subject to the premises licence.
Morning hire can suit breakfast meetings and brunch parties. City Rooms by Hiive, a boutique hotel right next door, may be useful for corporate guests travelling to Worcester who want accommodation nearby; visit hiiverooms.com for its details. To plan a corporate event or launch, start by choosing a date and one of the three time periods. The booking route lets you check availability, and the enquiry form can be used if you would like to discuss the venue arrangement first. The stated capacity is standing, and the hire is for the whole venue rather than a separate meeting room.
