Mark an engagement with a private gathering at TwentyTwo, with the whole venue exclusively yours any day of the week. The booking has capacity for up to 150 guests standing and includes every one of the four spaces: main bar, front lounge, green panelled lounge and covered garden. A long marble-top bar and street-art mural set the scene in the main bar. The front lounge has mirrors and velvet banquettes, with the green panelled lounge and covered garden offering further places to gather; festoon lights feature in the covered garden. The spaces are included together in the whole-venue fee, rather than hired as separate rooms. There is no minimum spend, so the booking is based on the agreed flat hire fee, not a required bar total.

Choose between morning, daytime and evening hire. The morning slot is 7am to 12pm (midday), priced at £150 Monday to Thursday, £175 Friday, £200 Saturday or £175 Sunday. These prices are unchanged in December. Daytime hire is from 12pm to 5pm and costs £200 Monday to Thursday, £250 Friday, £300 Saturday or £250 Sunday. Evening hire runs 6pm to midnight and costs £350 Monday to Thursday, £550 Friday, £650 Saturday or £400 Sunday. December evening rates are £500 Monday to Thursday, £850 Friday, £950 Saturday and £550 Sunday. December daytime uses normal daytime rates. These prices cover exclusive whole-venue hire.

The flat hire fee must be paid in full upfront to confirm the booking; there is no separate deposit. All bookings are final and non-refundable once paid. The hirer may create a drinks menu or ask the bar to create one for their approval. TwentyTwo serves no food, so arrange an external caterer if you want food for the occasion. Bar staff cost £20 per member per hour, with a four-hour minimum. Hirers may bring their own staff, but TwentyTwo then provides no bar service or assistance. A DJ is £350 for four hours, or £450 on Fridays and Saturdays in December; this option applies to any slot. A later finish is £75 per hour, evening-only and subject to the premises licence.
